Your Epic Hunting Lease Awaits.

The Ranch is a 40-acre property situated on the edge of the +101,000-acre Colockum Wildlife Area, which provides an epic hunting opportunity for many different species.  The Colockum Wildlife Area provides year-round habitat for a variety of game including bighorn sheep, mule deer, coyote, cougar, bear, and Rocky Mountain Elk, as well as a variety of birds including wild turkey, quail, chukar, grouse and more.  This property is loaded with native grasses and has an orchard that draws the deer and elk to it daily, as does the pond adjacent to The Ranch which results in high game traffic. Even though this piece seems small at 40 acres, it is offered at a very reasonable price for the types of hunting that can be done on it. The property has four hide sites, feeding stations, a water source, cameras, is gated, and the boundaries are marked. We offer meal and beverage catering, as well as custom game pattern of life intelligence reports, at an additional cost.

**100% of the proceeds from our hunting leases go towards funding OPERATION INCA, our charitable project which provides training support services in-person training and eLearning courses, as well as operational support, to underfunded and under-trained civilian security forces and counter-poaching units who protect and defend rural communities, agricultural resources, and threatened wildlife against the Farm Attacks and the Illegal Wildlife Trade in South Africa.

Required Deposit

To reserve the dates for your hunting lease, please click on the link below and you will be taken to the check out page where you can select your required non-refundable deposit amount based on the duration of your hunt, and a form will open during the checkout process that will allow you enter the details for your hunting lease. You may reserve more than one hunting lease at a time. We will prepare your lease and email it to you to complete and return, as well as a link where you can pay your deposit. Once we receive your signed lease and deposit, your lease will be locked-in and you will be the only party hunting the property during your lease period. We require the following non-refundable deposit based on the duration of your lease:

1 - 7 days = $350

8 - 14 days = $700

15 - 21 = $1050
